Enrolled student athletes found in violation of NCAA rules or unethical conduct will be ineligible for further intercollegiate competition, subject to an appeal to the NCAA Eligibility Committee for restoration of eligibility. Unethical conduct may include but not be limited to the following:
- Refusal to furnish information relevant to an investigation of possible NCAA rules violations.
- Knowing involvement in arranging for fraudulent academic credit or false transcripts.
- Knowing involvement in receiving an improper recruiting inducement or extra benefit.
- Knowingly furnishing the NCAA or Sacred Heart University false
or misleading information concerning your involvement or knowledge
of matters relevant to a possible violation of NCAA rules.
