High School:  Graduated from Norwalk High School.  A four-year letterwinner on the basketball team for head coach Bobby Trimbuli.  Was named a McDonald’s All-American nominee and a Class L All-State selection.  A two-time team captain, Evans was an All-Area MVP, and three-time all-area pick as well as a two-time All-FCIAC selection.  Named to the Connecticut Post Super 15.  He played in the New England Challenge All-Star game.  Finished his high school career as a 1,000 point scorer.  Ranks ninth all-time at Norwalk High with 1,202 career points. Averaged 25.6 points, 6.9 rebounds , 4.2 assists and 2.4 steals per game as a senior.

Personal:  Born November 27, 1992.  Son of Robin Peoples and Earl Kelley.  Has a brother named Earl Kelley.  Will major in Criminal Justice.  Nickname is Young Money.  His dad Earl was a standout for the UConn Huskies from 1982-86.  His favorite NBA teams are the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers and his favorite player is Kobe Bryant.  His favorite movie is Friday and his favorite TV show is Martin.  He enjoys listening to rap music and the artist Drake.  He considers his mother his role model and his goals after graduation include playing basketball professionally or pursuing a career in law enforcement.
