Game Notes -- Pioneers Visit FDU in NEC Battle Saturday

The Set-Up... The Pioneer men's soccer team returns to NEC play to face traditonal league powerhouse Fairleigh Dickinsion Saturday afternoon in New Jersey. This is the second game of a four game road trip for Sacred Heart, and the first of three straight NEC road games.
Pioneers Top Dartmouth... Freshman Jeton Shoshi scored in the 87th minute and Sacred Heart held on for a 1-0 win over Dartmouth in non-conference men's soccer action Wednesday afternoon. The goal was Shoshi's first as a Pioneer.
Last Time vs FDU... Forward Jason Tessitore scored with one minute to go in the first half and the Pioneers men's soccer team won a crucial NEC game, 1-0, over Fairleigh Dickinson to extend their unbeaten streak to seven games last season at Campus Field.
Scouting the Knights... FDU enters the weekend with a 5-3-2 mark and a 2-0 record in NEC play. The Knights have a balanced offensive attack, led by Alejandro Badoya, Samson Malijani and Jorge Blacido who each have scored three goals on the season. In goal Tomer Chencinski and Elvir Prasovic have split time and each has three goals in five games between the pipes.
