The Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (EIVA) has announced the formation of the "EIVA Rallies" campaign in conjunction with the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The Sacred Heart Men's Volleyball Team will be participating in "EIVA Rallies" in their matches against Harvard on March 13 and April 20.
The EIVA recognizes the utmost importance of fully engaging in the fight against cancer. The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center conducts one of the largest programs of clinical research in the world. Clinical research at the center combines the efforts of laboratory and clinical investigators in various disciplines and departments to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
In all EIVA travel partner matches, coaches will don fedoras or other business casual hats to bring awareness this season.
