SHU Ends Regular Season With Five Set Loss at St. Francis Brooklyn
Its fourth loss in the last five matches, SHU ends the regular season 15-13 overall and 9-5 in the Northeast Conference, good for fourth place. As the fourth place team, the Pioneers qualify for the NEC Tournament after missing it in 2014.

Following an impressive 25-17 first set victory, the Sacred Heart women’s volleyball team dropped the next three sets in Northeast Conference action at first place LIU Brooklyn on Saturday. The loss puts the Pioneers in fourth place in the league standings at 9-4 and 15-12 overall.

Women's Volleyball Tabbed Sixth in NEC Preseason Poll
The Sacred Heart women’s volleyball team was picked to finish sixth in the league in the 2015 Northeast Conference preseason coaches poll, which was released Wednesday afternoon. The three-time defending champions, LIU Brooklyn, were unanimously picked to win a fourth consecutive title earning seven of the eight first-place votes.
