EMMITSBURG, Md.- A late try and conversion by the Sacred Heart University women's rugby team led to a 22-20 victory for the Pioneers over Mount St. Mary's on Saturday.

- Makenzie Youngblood continued being a disruptive force on the pitch as she gave the Pioneers the game tying try at 28:45 in the second half while Alyssa Cunningham sealed the victory with a conversion.
- Cunningham also recorded the opening try and conversion for the Pioneers in the first half just 5:45 into the game.
- Junior Samantha Carroll opened up the second half with a try just 3:18 into the half.to cut the Mount lead to 15-12.
- The Mount maintained a 20-15 lead heading into the final two minutes of the game.
