NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y.- The Sacred Heart University women's rowing team completed its races at the Fall Mets on Saturday afternoon in New Rochelle, N.Y.
 
Of Note

• The Pioneers Varsity 4 boat was the highlight of the day taking first with a time of 7:36.5 while Iona and Fairfield placed second and third with times of 7:48.7 and 8:41.8.
• The second Novice 8 boat would place second with a time of 7:58.9 while Fairfield took first with a time of 7:46.2 with Iona following in third and Fordham fourth respectively.
• In the second Varsity 8 boat, the Pioneers took third with a time of 7:45.00 while the Novice 4 boat also placed third with a time of 8:20.0.
• In the first Varsity 8 boat, SHU placed second behind Fairfield with a time of 7:10.5.

• The Pioneers completed their fall season as they await on spring events to come with more Metropolitan Atlantic Athletic Conference play.
