Of Note
Boston College came out hot as it started the game on an 11-0 run to take the initial lead. The Eagles outscored the Pioneers, 27-12, in the first quarter which was too large of a margin for SHU to recover from.
The Eagles shot 69.2% (36-52) from the field compared to the Pioneers who shot 40.3% (27-67). The majority of BC's points came from in the paint as they netted just two three's on the day and poured in 60 points from inside the key.
Olivia Tucker matched her season high with a team-high 13 points shooting three-of-seven from behind the arc.
Adrianne Hagood finished the day with 10 points off three-of-seven shooting from the field.
