- Elijah Brown cranked two out of the park and led the offense with three. The senior had a solo home run in the fourth and sent one over the right field fence in the seventh inning to drive in Joey Skarad.
- Back-to-back runs from Brown and Austin Markmann led off the game to set the Pioneers ahead 2-0.
- Following a throwing an error from Mount's first basemen, Joe Emerson doubled to right-center field, allowing Danny Glendon and Robert Farruggio to cross the plate in the fifth inning.
- Chase Jeter took the mound for the opening seven innings to secure the win with six strikeouts.
- Closer David Aufiero threw two scoreless innings to garner his first save of the season.
