NORWALK, Conn.—The Sacred Heart equestrian team took down Dartmouth 8-2 on Saturday in National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) action.
The Pioneers took a 4-1 advantage in fences action as
Macayla Sousa,
Hanna Lloyd,
Lilly Bove, and
Mia Poppinga all secured victories. Bove was the MOP over fences with a score of 88.
In flat action, Sacred Heart extended its lead 4-1 as Lloyd,
Nicole Albert, Poppinga, and Bove all scored points for the Pioneers to take the win over Dartmouth.
Sacred Heart is back tomorrow at the Trinity College IHSA show.
