SHELTON, Conn.-  The Sacred Heart University women's rowing team wrapped up the regular season at Beacon Point Marine against UConn on Sunday.
 
Of Note

• The Pioneers 1^st Varsity 8 boat took first over UConn with a time of 6:37.7.
• SHU took second and third in the Varsity 4 boats as the A boat crossed the finish line with a time of 7:51.6 while the B boat finished with a time of 8:14.0.
• The 2^nd Varsity 8 boat placed second with a time of 7:03.7 while the 3^rd Varsity 8 boat finished the day with a time of 7:37.6 for a third place finish.
• The Pioneers honored their seniors prior to the races.
