Will Moulton scored the game-winning goal to secure a 7-6 victory over Stony Brook on the road on Saturday afternoon.
With his fourth of 14 saves, goalkeeper
Alex Pazienza recorded his 500th career save for the Pioneers. With 510 total in his career now, Pazienza is third all-time in SHU history and second all-time in SHU Division I history.

Stony Brook struck first with a pair of goals to jump ahead 2-0 through the opening six minutes of play. Sacred Heart responded with a goal from
Jake Ward and one from
Tucker Spencer just 40 seconds apart to tie it up 2-2.
The Seawolves added another to take a 3-2 lead, but
Tim Kiely scored his second of the season to tie it up 3-3, which would hold through the end of the first quarter.
Declan Wilkie and Kiely scored in the second quarter, and the Pioneers shut out the Seawolves to hold a 5-3 edge at halftime.
In return, Stony Brook scored two and shut out Sacred Heart in the third quarter to tie the game 5-5 heading into the fourth frame.
The Seawolves scored at 11:29 in the fourth quarter to take their first lead since 6:36 in the first quarter. Sacred Heart was able to score its first goal of the second half to tie the game, 6-6, with Ward's second of the day with 29 seconds on the clock to force overtime.
Will Moulton scored the game-winning goal to secure the Pioneers 7-6 road victory, his first career game-winner.
Luke Romanek won 10 of 14 face-offs, collecting a pair of ground balls. Defensively,
Jack Ramsay tallied three caused turnovers and four ground balls.

Sacred Heart will return home next Saturday, March 1, hosting Wagner in the last non-conference game of the season at noon at Campus Field on senior day.
