Women's Ice Hockey Welcomes in Nine Newcomers to Class of 2023

FAIRFIELD, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University Women's Ice Hockey team welcomed in nine new members to join the Pioneers for 2019-20 season. SHU concluded the 2018-19 season tallying 20 wins and advancing to the NEWHA Semifinals before falling to Franklin Pierce by a score of 3-2.

"We are excited for this incoming class. I am especially excited to see them grow as they are all great additions to this program," said head coach Thomas O'Malley. "The direction of this team is on the rise and I can't wait for the 2019-20 season.
