Kilmer Places Sixth In Pentathlon at ECAC Championship

Sacred Heart University sophomore Jillian Kilmer placed sixth in the women's indoor pentathlon at the ECAC Championship on Friday evening. She totaled a personal-best 3,349 points in the effort.

Kilmer opened with a run of 9.35 in the 60m hurdles and followed that with a high jump of 1.57m and a shot put throw of 9.94m Her two highest scoring events were her final two, with a 648 point effort in the long jump, after a 5.32m effort. She rounded out the performance by scoring 636 points in the 800m run.
