Leatherwood returns to the Red and White after playing for the Pioneers from 2017-19. The two-time All-Northeast Conference honoree guided the Pioneers to back-to-back NEC semifinal appearances, as well as a trip to the WNIT in 2019.
Leatherwood spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Siena Heights University, where she recently graduated with a Master of Business Administration. During her time with the Saints, Leatherwood helped set the record for most wins in a single season with a 27-6 mark during 2019-20.
Leatherwood's primary responsibilities will include recruiting, guard development, scouting, defensive strategy and compliance.Â
