Box Score Smithfield, RI – The Sacred Heart women's soccer team dropped their fourth staright game Sunday afternoon with a 1-0 setback to the Bryant Bulldogs at the Bulldogs Soccer Field in Smithfield, RI. The Pioneers drop to 3-9 overall and 0-2 in the Northeast Conference.
Rachel Ivanicki broke a 0-0 tie in the 65th minute off a well placed cross by Shana Follette to give Bryant the 1-0 lead. It is Ivanicki's third goal of the season.
SHU goalie Sydney Judkins (South Park, PA) made six saves in the loss. Sacred Heart has been shut out six times this season.
Sacred Heart returns home on Friday the 11th when they host in state rival Central Connecticut.
