Box Score HANOVER, N.H. – The Sacred Heart women's soccer team was shut out for the third time in four games Sunday, falling 6-0 to the Dartmouth Big Green at Burnham Field.
Dartmouth (5-1-1) took a 1-0 halftime lead on Lucielle Kozlov's goal in the 20th minute. Kozlov scored again in the 52nd minute to give the Big Green a 2-0 lead. Dartmouth then got goals from Melanie Vangel and Lindsay Knutson 37 seconds apart to go up 4-0 in the 57th minute. The Big Green tacked on two more tallies to win by a final score of 6-0. Sacred Heart (3-5-0) had six shots in the game, four of which were on goal.
The Pioneers take on another Ivy League opponent Wednesday night when it travels to Brown at 7 p.m.
FIRST HALF
- Marissa Christy had the Pioneers first shot on goal Sunday, firing one right at Dartmouth goalkeeper Casey Cousineau in the 22nd minute
- Elisa Robiglio had the only other SHU shot on goal in the 35th minute
- Talia Schwartz kept the deficit at one with a save in the 37th minute
SECOND HALF
- Alex Mesropyan had two shots in the span of eight seconds in the 55th minute
