Of Note
After a scoreless first half, Sacred Heart took four of its 11 second-half shots on goal but were saved by Saint Francis goalkeeper Jordaine Jaeger.

It wasn't until the 74th minute that graduate student Lucas Miquel Castrillo scored off a direct kick from the left side that went above the defense and into the right corner of the net to give Sacred Heart the 1-0 lead.

With nine minutes left in the game, the Red Flash produced a serious scoring opportunity, but senior Justin Siegel was there for the save.

The Pioneers outshot the Red Flash 17-5 overall, including 11-1 in the second half, while also taking all eight corner kicks.

Siegel collected his seventh shutout of the season and ninth of his career. His two saves put him in 12th on the Pioneers' career list with 124.
