How it Happened:
Game two started similarly to game one with Saint Peter's getting on the board first in the second inning with an RBI single from Tommy Kendrick.

The Pios responded with a walk on bases loaded to tie the game up at one heading into the third.

The Peacocks took a one run lead in the third as Tyler DeClusin was plated on a Pio error.

After a scoreless fourth, the Pioneers secured a four-run rally in the fifth. Alex Ungar began the rally with a double through third base. Dante D'Amore gave SHU back-to-back doubles plating Ungar. With two on, Chuck Tallman hit a hard ball up the middle plating D'Amore. McGuire advanced runners with a sacrifice bunt. SHU tacked on two more runs on a wild pitch and an error at the plate for the 5-2 lead.

Ronan Donohue stole home in the sixth to extend the SHU's lead.
STP responded in the seventh with an RBI single from Alex Rakas.

Seven was SHU's lucky number as the Pios added seven runs in the seventh inning beginning with runs scored on back-to-back walks. With bases loaded, Gavin Donohue singled up the middle plating Link and McGuire for the two-run RBI. From there, the Pios put runners on first and second setting up D'Amore, who doubled to left field, clearing the bases for the double-digit lead, 13-3, before the final two outs were registered.

The Peacocks tried to put together a late rally during their final at bat but only managed to score one run against SHU's Charlie Costello, tying the series at 1-1.
