FAIRFIELD, Conn. – With the release of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) schedule this morning, Sacred Heart University women's basketball head coach Jessica Mannetti debuted the full 2025-26 schedule. 

The Pioneers have 29 games on the new slate, 14 at home at the William H Pitt Center and 15 away from Fairfield. SHU's second MAAC docket will feature 20 games starting on Dec. 19. 

Sacred Heart kicks off the season at home on Monday, Nov. 3, with a 7 p.m. home clash against NJIT. 

The Pioneers will then embark on a four-game non-conference road stand, beginning with a high-profile meeting at the Big 12's Iowa State on Sunday, Nov. 9. SHU will also head to CCSU (Nov. 13), Georgetown (Nov. 18) and Northeastern (Nov. 22). 

Back-to-back home games against Mercy (Nov. 25) and UAlbany (Dec. 3) follow the road trip. A visit to Coppin State (Dec. 12) and a home bout against Vermont (Dec. 14) conclude the Pioneers' non-conference schedule. 

Sacred Heart begins MAAC play on Dec. 19 at Iona. The Pioneers welcome Rider two days later for a 2 p.m. clash at the Pitt Center. SHU will close 2025 with a road clash at Marist on Dec. 29. 

The Pios ring in the New Year with a Jan. 1 home game against Niagara at 7 p.m. SHU concludes a two-game homestand on Jan. 3 with a 2 p.m. clash against Canisius. 

Sacred Heart continues its busy January with eight more games in the month. The Pios are home against Siena (Jan. 14), Marist (Jan. 19), Manhattan (Jan. 29) and Fairfield (Jan. 31). The Battle for 203 is set to kick off at 2 p.m. at the Pitt. SHU hits the road in January to play Quinnipiac (Jan. 10), Rider (Jan. 17), Canisius (Jan. 22) and Niagara (Jan. 24). 

February will feature seven Pioneers games, starting on the road at Merrimack on Feb. 5. SHU is back at home on Feb. 7 for a noon start against Mount St. Mary's (Md.). The Pios also host Merrimack (Feb. 19) and Quinnipiac (Feb. 21). Sacred Heart's road contests include Saint Peter's (Feb. 14), Mount St. Mary's (Md.) (Feb. 26) and the regular-season finale at Fairfield (Feb. 28). 

The Pioneers are playing this season for a spot in the 2025-26 MAAC Tournament, which will take place between Mar. 5-9 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J.
