2014: NEC Golden Boot Award… First Team All-NEC… NEC Player of the Week (August 25)… Second Team All-New England by the New England Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer Association… Started all 18 games she played… Led the NEC with 13 goals… Recorded a hat trick in the first half of Sacred Heart’s 4-2 win over Delaware State on August 22; Was named NEC Player of the Week for the feat… Had two goals in the 4-0 win over Saint Peter’s on August 31 … Scored goals in back-to-back games against Rhode Island and Yale September 7-9, and against Western Kentucky and Hartford September 14 and 21… Scored the game-winning goal in overtime in the Pioneers’ 1-0 win over Dartmouth on September 30 … Assisted on the game-winning goal in the 1-0 overtime win against Bryant on October 5 .. Had two goals at Mount St. Mary’s on October 26.
2013: Started all 18 games of the 2013 season... Earned back-to-back NEC Player of the Week honors on September 16 and September 23... Tied for the team leading five goals during her junior campaign... Netted her first of three game-winning goals on August 29 in the Pioneers' 2-1 win over Rhode Island... Scored a season best two goals in SHU's 5-1 win over UMass Lowell on September 15... Tallied four assists and 14 points throughout the season.
2012: As a sophomore, Verrette started 16 games in the midfield for the Pioneers. She scored three goals and tallied four assists in 2012 for ten total points. Verrette scored game winning goals against Monmouth (10/5), Robert Morris (10/21), and Central CT (10/28).
2011: Started 18 of the Pioneers' 19 games. She patrolled the middle of the field for the Pioneers. Scored her first career goal as Pioneer on 09/04 against Stony Brook. Named Rookie of the Year.
Before SHU: four year varsity soccer player at Bishop Fenwick under coach Karen Guillmette...Named team captain and MVP as a senior...CCL All-Star and MVP in 2010...Salem News All-Star and Boston Globe All-Scholastic team as a senior...Eastern Mass. All-Star.
