Philadelphia, PA – The Sacred Heart wrestling team lost to the Drexel Dragons over the weekend by a score of 47-9. With the loss, the Pioneers fall to 0-7 on the season.
The pioneers were highlighted by junior Andrew Polidore (Wayne, NJ) and junior Joe Harris (Massapequa, NY). Harris earned a decision victory over Drexel's Steven Winfield, 2-0. Polidore secured the only other win for the Pioneers, a win by fall over Drexel's Jordan Hart.
SHU is back in action on February 8th when they travel to Princeton, for a clash with the Tigers.
