Sacred Heart Football Gameday Information
The information below is intended to assist fans attending a Sacred Heart Football Game on campus by answering common questions with topics listed in alphabetical order. If you have further questions, please contact Sacred Heart Athletics at 1-203-396-TIXX.

ADA COMPLIANCE
There is a limited number of ADA accessible parking spots available on campus. These spots are available on a first come, first serve, game-by-game basis. Please see a public safety officer for game day parking information and availability.
ALCOHOL
Beer, wine and seltzer will be sold at home football games. Fans of legal drinking age with valid ID will be able to purchase one alcoholic beverage per person per transaction in accordance with City of Fairfield regulations.
Alcohol will be sold in the Outpost, with sales beginning when gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and concluding with eight minutes remaining in the third quarter.
ANIMALS
No animals, except service animals, are allowed on campus (no emotional support animals without proper documentation). Anyone who brings an animal that is not for service use will be asked to leave campus and take their animal with them. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.
BANNERS, SIGNS & FLAGS
Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest's view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Stadium staff reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.
BOTTLES & CANS
Bottles, cans, and other beverage containers may not be brought into any athletics facility for events where concessions are offered. Searches are conducted at the gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the arena. Exceptions may be made for those with medical requirements or special needs.
CAMERAS
Still cameras may be used at any time provided that their use does not interfere with other guests' ability to enjoy the game day experience. However, flash photography is not permitted, as it may disrupt play. The use of video cameras is prohibited and will not be permitted inside any athletic facility.
CHILDREN'S TICKET POLICY
Children three (3) years of age and younger are admitted to athletics events free of charge.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are sold at all home football games beginning when gates open 90 minutes before kickoff. Concession stands are located at the entrance to Campus Field.
Food is also served in the Outpost with an extra ticket add-on.
EMERGENCIES
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member or police officer.
In the event of a stadium emergency, pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on stadium video boards.
ENTRANCES
Fans may enter Campus Field through the main entrance located next to the home bleachers.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Sacred Heart is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff and game officials — before, during, and after all competitions.
Sacred Heart wants all fans attending games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Fans who display inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the following, will face ejection from the facility, revocation of ticket privileges and/or potential arrest.
- Any act or speech that discriminates on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status, or any other characteristics
- Other obscene, offensive, or abusive language and actions
- Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive, or profane behavior
- Excessive consumption of alcohol, or signs of excessive impairment related to alcohol or drug use
- Illegal use of alcohol by/for any individual under the age of 21
- Possession of any prohibited items
- Interfering with other guests' ability to see the game
- Smoking, vaping and/or tobacco use inside of any athletic venue
- Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the process of the game or entering the playing area
- Throwing any objects onto the playing area or inside the facility
- Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or arena/stadium security
Event guests are responsible for their conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Although season-ticket holders may transfer their tickets to others, the account holder of record is responsible for the actions of those using their tickets. Season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for any violations, and all accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct.
GATES OPEN
Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kick off.

LOST & FOUND
Lost items may be turned in to any usher. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should visit Guest Services during any event or call the Sacred Heart Facilities, Operations & Events office at 203-371-7870. Items lost at prior games are held in a secured area for 30 days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Sacred Heart Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
MERCHANDISE
The Sacred Heart Team Shop will be open at all football games located outside the main gates.

PARKING
Parking for football games at Campus Field is available for day of game in North Lot, Notre Dame Fairfield campus, parking garage and other lots on campus for free. Please click to view a map of Campus Field parking.
Tailgate Village is available for purchase for $625 per season and confirms a space for you next to the field on game days. Each pass comes with 20 bracelets per game. Season passes sell out quickly and are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
PLAYER GUEST WILL CALL

PLAYING AREA ACCESS
Only authorized and properly credentialed personnel will be permitted within the playing area before, during, or after all Sacred Heart athletics events. Any unauthorized person within the playing area will be removed by Event Staff.
PROGRAMS
Digital game programs for all home contests are available.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR
Sacred Heart promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Out of concern for the safety of our guests and employees, the following items are not permitted in all Sacred Heart athletics facilities to ensure that all of our fans have a safe and enjoyable game day experience:
- Outside food or beverage, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
- Dogs and other pets (only service animals are allowed; no emotional support animals without proper documentation)
- Weapons or explosives
- Boxes or wrapped packages of any size
- Coolers or containers, including plastic cups
- Bags larger than 12"x12"x12", specifically backpacks
- Bottles, cans or flasks
- Artificial noisemakers and irritants (whistles, bells, air horns, thundersticks, etc.)
- Video equipment, tape recorders, still cameras with a lens longer than 6 inches
- Chairbacks with arms
- Aerosol and spray cans
- Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas
- Sticks, poles, flags, signs, banners and large umbrellas
- Laser pointers
- Sporting balls and equipment (i.e. baseball bats, lacrosse sticks, footballs, etc.)
- Roller skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles
Stadium management reserves the right to ask fans to leave inappropriate or prohibited items in their car or outside venue gates.
All persons and their belongings are subject to search. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. Sacred Heart cannot safeguard items that are not permitted into the arena. Violators of venue policy or any state, county, or municipal laws will be refused admission or asked to leave. This policy is in effect for all guests who visit Sacred Heart athletics facilities.
Disruptive behavior is not accepted at Sacred Heart athletics events. Disruptive behavior constitutes actions that diminish other fans' ability to enjoy the game day atmosphere, including but not limited to threats, threatening behavior, interfering with other guests' ability to see the game, and throwing objects. These actions or any other actions deemed disruptive by arena staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the arena. Other potential consequences include ticket suspension, ticket revocation, arrest, and prosecution.
PUBLIC ADDRESS
No appeals will be made over the public address system. Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest Event Staff member, security personnel or police officer. Anyone attempting to enter the press box will be alerted to security and removed from the stadium.
RESTROOMS
Public restrooms are located inside the William H Pitt Center which is accessible through the doors underneath the bleachers.

SMOKING & TOBACCO
The use of tobacco is prohibited on Sacred Heart's campus including cigarettes, cigars, chewing, & vaping.
