Student-Athlete Advisory Committee
Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Mission Statement
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) serves as an organization to bridge communication between student-athletes and administration, as well as lead community service initiatives and provide opportunities for personal growth and leadership development for all Pioneer student-athletes. SHU SAAC gives our student-athletes a voice on our campus, at the conference level, and with the NCAA. It aligns with the mission of National SAAC, which is "to enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete welfare and fostering a positive student-athlete image."
