Box Score 1 | Box Score 2

Nicole Sidor (West Vancouver, BC) pitched a no-hitter Thursday afternoon as the Sacred Heart Softball team picked up a 2-0 win over Grambling State before falling 2-0 to Niagara.

The Pioneers racked up eight hits in the win. Sidor helped herself, going 2-4 at the plate scoring a run and knocking in Justine Sibthorp (Santa Clarita, Calif.), who went 1-2, for the other run.

After adding a win to her season, Sidor took the loss in the second game of the day after pitching six innings giving up four runs and striking out one. SHU only got three hits as they fell 2-0 to Niagara, both of the Purple Eagles runs were unearned.

Sacred Heart takes Friday off before closing the Rebel Games on Saturday against Akron and South Dakota.
