Pioneers Register a Competitive Performance at the Head of Charles Regatta

BOSTON, Mass – Five members of the Sacred Heart women's rowing team competed at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta Saturday morning in Boston, Massachusetts. Racing in the Club 4 category, Sarah Poirier, Anna Sufczynski, Sara Totura, Danielle Varley and Elisa DeSousa were amongst a competitive field of 54 boats.
The quintet finished 31st amongst the other contestants after earning the time of 20:14.26.
The Pioneers return home Saturday, October 28 and welcome intrastate rival, Fairfield University.
