SHU Places 8th of 32 Teams At Music City Classic

SMYRNA, Tennessee - The Sacred Heart University bowling team was in action at the 14th Annual Columbia 300 Music City Classic this weekend. SHU competed against 32 teams making it the largest NCAA tournament of the regular season. Twenty of the Top 25 teams in the latest NTCA poll will be in action.
Defending champions McKendree topped Arkansas State in last year's title game with Sacred Heart beating Stephen F. Austin in the third-place game.
SHU finished 8th with a 7-6 record for the three day event.

SHU are back in action Saturday March 24. at the NEC Championships in Howell, NJ. SHU are the #1 Seed for NEC Championships.
