The Sacred Heart University wrestling team flirted with an upset of EIWA foe Columbia University, before falling 28-16. The loss dropped the Pioneers to 7-4 on the year and 4-2 in league action, while the Lions improve to 8-5 overall and 3-3 in EIWA competition.
The Pioneers will travel to LIU, 11 a.m., and Hofstra, 2 p.m., on Saturday, February 22, before returning home for Senior Day, Sunday February 23 vs. Brown. That match is set or 4:30 p.m.
