FAIRFIELD, Conn.— Coming off its first win of the season against Saint Francis, the Sacred Heart men's soccer team continued its winning streak on Sunday with a 1-0 victory over Mount St. Mary's.

Olliver Persson received the ball on a breakaway and pulled the goalkeeper off the line for the lone goal of the game at 81:06.
 
The Pioneers set numerous season highs, which included taking the most shots since 2009 with 32. Five players came together and notched a season-leading 11 shots on target. Segundo Navarro led with five while achieveing a career-high 11 shots. Drew David also set a career-high with eight, including three on frame.
 
Goalkeeper Justin Siegel finished the day with four saves.
 
Sacred Heart also led 7-2 in corner kicks.
