- Anthony Porrino bombed one out to left field for his first of season and also drove in Robert Farruggio and Danny Glendon in the third inning.
- In the second, Glendon played aggressively by stealing second, advancing to third on a balk and tallied a run off a ground ball from Trevor Fagan. Glendon opened the scoring with a single to center field allowing Isiah Daubon to score.
- Tyler Briggs threw for 3.2 innings in relief for his second win with no hits and two runs allowed.
- Brendan Coffey cleaned up the top of the eighth for the final out with a runner on second and third. The right-hander garnered his fifth save with three quick outs in the final inning.
