Pioneers drop third straight
HAMDEN, Conn.-- The Sacred Heart University women's rugby team fell 44-5 on the road at Quinnipiac on Saturday afternoon.

The Pioneers return to action on Saturday, Oct. 22nd when they host Mount St. Mary's on senior day at 11:00 AM.

- The Bobcats jumped to a quick lead and never looked back, leading 39-0 through the 62nd minute
- The Pioneers got on the board with a try in the 68th minute to cut the deficit, 39-5
- Quinnipiac scored once more for the 44-5 final.
The Pioneers return to action on Saturday, Oct. 22nd when they host Mount St. Mary's on senior day at 11:00 AM.
