HAMDEN, Conn. — Sacred Heart women's ice hockey matched up with Bemidji State in Satruday's Nutmeg Classic, losing 4-1.
Kailey Smith scored her second on the year as the lone goal for the Pioneers with help from Sydney Antonakis and 
Kelly Solak.
Carly Greene made her tenth start between the posts for the Pioneers, stopping 46 of 50 shots.
Sacred Heart goes to 6-11-1 overall on the year and 6-5-1 in NEWHA conference play. The Pioneers will play on the road in Brookville, N.Y. as they'll visit LIU Friday at 7:45 p.m.
