NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.— The Sacred Heart University women's lacrosse team picked up a hard-fought 13-10 road victory over Merrimack on Wednesday.

Sacred Heart jumped out to a 4-0 lead, with three of its goal coming off free position attempts.
Warriors brought the score back within one before
Grace Reinold notched a goal with 14 seconds remaining to give Sacred Heart the 7-5 lead going into halftime.
Merrimack tied the game at eight at the 3:50 mark of the third quarter, but Reinold scored 48 seconds later and
Lydia Werlau found the back of the net 2:30 minutes into the fourth quarter to give SHU a lead it would not relinqiush.
Reinold and Werlau finished with four goals each. The four scores is a season-high for Reinold.
Claire McElhenny registered five draw controls while
Mikala Eacrett notched a career-high three caused turnovers.
Bella Beaton collected 10 saves and picked up a team-high four ground balls.
