Pioneers Conclude Season at NCAA Tournament

SHU drops 2-0 to FDU and Nebraska
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Sacred Heart University women's bowling team saw their season end this Friday in Rochester. The Pioneers fell 2-0 to both Fairleigh Dickinson and Nebraska in the opening round of the Rochester Regional.
The Pioneers first dropped an 1,171-964 decision followed by an 1,105-979 setback to get sent into the losers bracket. From there, SHU fell 2-0 to defending national champion Nebraska. The Cornhuskers edged the Pioneers, 1,099-946, and 1,016-976.
Junior Hannah Manetta was the top individual performer for the Red & White averaging 223.0.
