The Pioneers notched the first three goals for the one-point edge to start the second period. After the Bobcats posted back-to-back points, junior
Kelly Nolan tied the game at six. But, Quinnipiac tallied six-straight goals and built a lead that SHU couldn't overcome.
Quinnipiac had a 13-6 advantage in ground balls, while outshooting SHU, 26-20.
Senior
Emma Kittredge was the leading scorer for the second-straight time, finishing with three goals. Reinold earned her 100
th career point on the first goal of the contest.
