FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Following its road win at Wagner on Saturday, the Sacred Heart University men's basketball team returns home to take on FDU on Thursday evening at 7:00 pm. SHU, FDU, and Le Moyne are currently in a three-way tie for third place in the Northeast Conference standings.

- Sacred Heart won on the road, 63-53 against Wagner on Saturday evening for the Pios first road win since Le Moyne on January 15.

- Sacred Heart and FDU wrap up the season series on Thursday. The Pioneers fell on the road 93-91 in the last meeting, despite overcoming a 21-point deficit. This will be the 44th meeting all-time between the two teams.
- Sacred Heart is 7-5 in Northeast Conference play and is tied for third place in the standings with FDU and Le Moyne. SHU is perfect at home in NEC play. The only losses in conference action have come on the road.
- The Pioneers are coming off a huge road win over Wagner on Saturday, 63-53, their first road win since Jan. 15 at Le Moyne.
