Perfect GPAs For 161 Student-Athletes
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Sacred Heart University student-athletes, who have often been lauded as conference academic champions, are getting it done off the playing fields this year with high grade point averages, including 161 with 4.0, and dean's list status.
SHU's student-athlete average GPA was 3.46 during the fall semester. The women's average was 3.62, while the men posted a 3.39.
There were 540 Pioneers on the school's dean's list with GPAs of at least 3.60. Even more impressive were the 161 student-athletes with a 4.0.
Here are the top SHU teams:
Women's Fencing - 3.85
Women's Bowling - 3.79
Men's Golf - 3.79
Men's Tennis - 3.67
