FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Sacred Heart University has announced its partnership with
Enduraphin, the innovative sports nutrition company which continues to simplify performance nutrition for universities and professional teams.
Enduraphin, the official protein of Sacred Heart Athletics, shares the school's commitment to providing superior nutrition for its student-athletes.
"We are deeply grateful for SHU's trust in our vision to empower athletes with certified and effective nutrition," said Danny Drake, the co-founder of Enduraphin. "Partnering with Sacred Heart is a milestone moment for us. We began working with SHU by providing high-quality protein to just a few of its teams, and they loved the product. We're proud to fuel Pioneers with our customizable, ready-to-mix shakes and bulk powders for unique smoothie combinations."
Sacred Heart has built a legacy of excellence in athletics and exemplifies the same dedication to performance and innovation that drives Enduraphin. SHU is also celebrated for its state-of-the-art training facilities, advanced sports science programs, and an unwavering commitment to the holistic development of its athletes. This alignment of values underscores the natural synergy between
SHU and Enduraphin, paving the way for a collaboration that will elevate sports nutrition standards.
"We are excited to partner with Enduraphin in our quest to provide the proper fuel to ensure our athletes succeed," said SHU's Executive Director of Athletics, Judy Ann Riccio. "This is a mutually beneficial relationship that could give Pio athletes a competitive advantage."
There are 32 Pioneer varsity athletics teams and almost 1,100 athletes. Fueling these bodies is a monumental task that became heightened when SHU joined the MAAC for most of its sports.
"This partnership is going to help elevate our athlete's performance levels," said Chris Fee, Senior Associate Athletics Director, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. "Enduraphin is a leader in the field of athletic nutrition and performance. We are excited to be supported by an elite product and team."
