Barrett, Yadao Compete at NCAA Zone A Diving Championships

Barrett led the Pioneers by finishing 52nd on 1M board

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Lola Barrett and Sinclair Yadao of the Sacred Heart University women's swimming & diving team concluded competition at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships at the Rutgers Aquatics Center in Piscataway, N.J. on Tuesday.

Barrett took part in both the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions, while Yadao competed at just 1M.

Barrett, who has qualified for both boards in each of the last two seasons, finished 52nd at 1M and 70th at 3M. She posted a score of 210.70 at 1M and 185.70 at 3M.

Yadao, the 2025 MAAC Outstanding Diver and Diving Rookie of the Meet, capped her first collegiate season by placing 79th on the 1M with a score of 163.35.

The Pioneers return to the pool on March 13-15 as Emma Haas will represent SHU at the 2025 CSCAA National Invitational Championship (NIC) in Ocala, Fla., at the Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training (FAST) Center.
