Flooks comes to Sacred Heart from Army where she served as an assistant coach for three seasons (2018-2021). She moved into the role of athletics fellow for basketball support in 2021. In Flooks' time as an assistant with the Black Knights, Madison Hovren (First Team, 2018-19) and Alisa Fallon (Third Team, 2019-20) earned All-Patriot League honors.

Prior to Army, Flooks spent three seasons at NJIT where she served as director of operations (2015-2016) before being promoted to assistant coach (2016-2018). She coached the guards and shooters, including Danielle Tunstall who was named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team.

Her first two stops in her coaching career was assistant coach and NCAA Academic Liaison at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (2013-2015) Â and head coach at White Plains High School.

Flooks played her collegiate career at Niagara (2007-2011). She became the 21st player for the Purple Eagles to join the 1,000-point club and finished her career with 1,210 points. Flooks ranked seventh all-time in program history in career three-pointers (171) and free throw percentage (.810).

She graduated from Niagara in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Flooks also holds a Master's in Elementary Education from Liberty (2015) and is currently pursuing her Certificate in Transition Education at Seton Hall.

She will lead all recruiting efforts as the Pioneers' recruiting coordiator. Flooks will also have responsibilities in scouting, practice planning, player development and compliance.Â
