Joined Jessica Mannetti's staff as an assistant coach in 2014-15 taking on recruiting, scouting, community outreach, and guard development responsibilities
- With nine years as a NCAA Division I coach under her belt, Cole came to SHU after two seasons at Delaware State University, where she helped three guards to All-MEAC honors. In addition to her on court responsibilities, she served as the Scouting Coordinator and Student-Athlete Academic Center Liason
- Prior to working with the Hornets, Cole did a five-year stint at Florida Atlantic University where she helped bring the Owls from 13th place in Conference USA to third. She also led the Owls to WNIT in 2012, and coached two players to the All-Sun Belt Conference teams, with one being named the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Year
- After serving as an assistant coach at Kellogg Community College in Michigan for the 2004-05 season, Cole got her Division I start at Northeast Conference rival Central Connecticut State University. During her two seasons at CCSU, 2005-2007, Cole coached four All-NEC honorees and led the Blue Devils to the 2005 Great Alaska Shootout crown
- Cole graduated from the University of Michigan in May of 2003 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and was the head manager for the Wolverines women's basketball team. While an undergraduate student, she worked as a camp instructor at the girls basketball camp, and when she graduated served as the Women's Basketball Assistant Camp Director.
