Johnny Greene was named Assistant Director of Creative Content and Video Production at Sacred Heart University in May 2026. A Sacred Heart alumnus, Greene graduated in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Communications.
During his time at Sacred Heart, Greene worked as a student worker with the Department of Athletics, gaining hands-on experience across various sports and developing his skills in athletic communications, game-day content creation, and media day production. His experience as a student worker provided a foundation in sports video production, photography, and digital content creation.
Greene was also a four-year member of the Sacred Heart University baseball team. During his senior year, he received the Nick Giaquinto Teammate of the Year Award, recognizing his contributions to the program and his commitment to his teammates.
Now serving in a full-time role with Sacred Heart Athletics, Greene brings his experience as both a student-athlete and athletics communications student worker to his work, creating engaging visual content that showcases Pioneer Athletics and its student-athletes.
