Shannon Reilly begins her first year as the Assistant Manager of Varsity Athletic Facilities in July 2025.
Reilly comes to Fairfield from New Haven, where she last served as the Assistant Director of Event Management at Yale. As a Bulldog, she oversaw all game-day operations for women’s soccer, women’s hockey, indoor and outdoor track and field, tennis, and men’s lacrosse. Reilly ensured a professional and welcoming experience as the main point of contact for visiting team coaches, officials, and support staff.
Before Yale, Reilly was a graduate assistant at the University of New Haven. She helped oversee the daily management and maintenance of athletic equipment for over 300 student-athletes across 15 varsity sports at UNH.
No stranger to college athletics, Reilly was a varsity ice hockey player at Johnson & Wales. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, Event Management from JWU in 2022 before obtaining a master’s degree in Collegiate Sports Administration from New Haven in 2023.
