MILFORD, CT (January 24, 2003) - The Sacred Heart men's ice hockey team shut out Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference opponent Iona College, 4-0. Junior Marc-Andre Fournier (St. Nicholas, QUE) scored the eventual game-winner at 9:59 in the first period.
Fournier's tally opened the scoring and was assisted by sophomore Barclay Folk (Westbank, BC) and senior Martin Paquet (Ste. Catherine, QUE). Paquet netted one at 12:17 from junior Mike Reagan (Flin Flon, MB) and sophomore Garrett Larson (Rycroft, AB) on the power play.
