The Storyline... The Pioneers host Princeton University Saturday afternoon with a chance to improve to 5-1 on the season for just the second time in school history. Coming off the program's 300th win Wednesday night against Yale, Sacred Heart will look to keep its perfect early season 3-0 record at the Pitt Center intact against the Tigers. SHU freshman Amanda Pape has been on a tear to start the year, scoring at an 18.8 per game clip with three twenty-plus performances in her first five games. She dropped 28 against Yale while just missing a double double with nine rebounds. Pape is also a key to Sacred Heart's pressure defense, making 18 steals on the year, a mark that leads the Northeast Conference. Senior Kate Maher has been a rebounding machine, recording double figures in three of five games this year. She pulled down a career-high 14 boards against Yale while scoring 10 points for her first double double performance of the year. Princeton enters on the heels of a three-point loss, 56-53 to Lehigh last time out.
