SHU Softball Team Hosts Boys & Girls Group

Fairfield, CT - The Sacred Heart softball team recently hosted a group from the Boys & Girls Club of Ogdensburg, NY. The children stayed at the William H. Pitt Center from August 15-16.
On Wednesday the 15th, the group of 45 youngsters attended the New York Yankees game. After sleeping over in the Pitt Center Gym that night, the group took a trip to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty in New York City on Thursday afternoon.
This the third year that SHU has hosted the Boys & Girls group.
