NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (AP) -- Nick Rossetti threw four touchdown passes and ran in another to help Iona rout Sacred Heart 34-10 on Saturday.
Rossetti was 15-for-24 for 214 yards for the Gaels (3-0). He gave Iona a 7-0 lead with a 14-yard pass to Tyler Schroeder. He also connected with James Samuels on a 29-yard TD, DeMarcus White on a 20-yard touchdown pass, and Tim Mastrino for 10 yards.
The Pioneers (2-1) scored their only touchdown when quarterback Dale Fink threw a 14-yard TD pass to Joey Henley to cut the deficit to 20-10.
