Coles Leads Sacred Heart To 44-24 Win Over Iona

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (AP)--Garry Coles scored two third-quarter touchdowns to lead Sacred Heart to a 44-24 victory over Iona Saturday.
Coles' first touchdown came on a 45-yard pass from Dale Fink with 13:36 left in the quarter. He followed that with a 14-yard run 40 seconds later to give the Pioneers (3-0) a 34-17 lead.
Fink was 23-for-30 for 256 yards and three touchdowns.
Nick Rossetti completed 18 of 24 passes for 266 yards, one interception and one touchdown for the Gaels (1-2).
Fink threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Rich Rossi with 15 seconds left in the first half and Sacred Heart took a 20-17 lead after making the 2-point conversion
