MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) - Jeremy Chappell had 22 points and nine rebounds, and Robert Morris broke open a close game in the second half, beating Sacred Heart 85-79 Thursday night.

Chappell shot 8-for-14 overall and 4-for-8 from 3-point range, and Rob Robinson added 20 points and eight rebounds for Robert Morris (18-8, 12-1 Northeast Conference).

Joey Henley scored 21 points, Ryan Litke added 18 and Chauncey Hardy 13 for Sacred Heart (11-13, 8-6), which trailed by 12 points with 3:54 remaining and never got closer than five points the rest of the way.

Robert Morris' subs outscored their Sacred Heart counterparts 21-12, and the Colonials had a 12-3 scoring edge in second-chance points.
