
Men's Volleyball Falls to Harvard, 3-0

FAIRFIELD, CT - Nicole Ivica recorded a double-double with a match-high 20 kills and 11 digs to lead Harvard University to a 3-0 (30-28, 30-23, 30-27) win over Sacred Heart in men's volleyball Saturday afternoon.
Ivica hit a blistering .567 in the match, making just three errors in 30 attempts. Sophomore Matt Jones also had a strong showing for the Crimson with 18 kills, nine digs, and four service aces.
The Pioneers were led by junior Roger Parent with 12 kills. Sophomore Mike Komlanc had 11 kills and seven blocks.
The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for the Pioneers and dropped them to 13-8 overall and 3-1 in the EIVA Hay Division. Harvard improved to 2-11 and 2-1.
